My Sentence : After the speedwork I noticed all the girls had left early for work or other reasons, so I thought I would just walk back but then I fell into pace with Eddie.
This was back in December. A speed session with Pat after a xmas party the night before *groan*. I do recall needing cooldowns after doing this cooldown :)
I now tag Melski, Eddie, Matty, Allyoop and Chelle.
