Thursday - Hill session. Ran the trail with Galeforce runners - including David Waugh (Tugger). Was hard but I ran well with no further injury to the back.
Went to the gym afterwards for a stretching session.
Friday - Rested and back exercises.
Saturday - 30km run with Tesso around the streets of Noosa. Around 5:20min/km pace. Was very tired and struggling at the end but came good just before we finished.
Sunday - 10km run with Tesso around the streets of Noosa. Felt much better than yesterday.
Monday - hungover at Noosa.
Tuesday - Speed session at Pats. Worked hard but not maximum effort. Still in recovery from the weekend running and partying.

Your still in recovery - I am never going near alcohol again!! Thanks for the support over the weekend - and you to Tess! It was great to have you all there in the tent cheering for me.
Good luck with your training for the next few days - I'm on a training "holiday".
Lock in Noosa again for next year.
LOL guess you're not still on the wagon then.
Sounds like you guys had a great time - you and Tess got a mention in despatches in Owen's blog.
tsk tsk...you never see me blogging about over-imbibing and suffering hangovers (because there are some things better left unsaid ;)
Isn't it funny how you start to come good right before the end of a run. Any run.
Glad to hear the back isn't giving you too much trouble, and that it's not effecting the drinking capabilities!
Thanks for you company on those runs. I reckon I'd still be camped out at that servo near Noosa Springs if you weren't around to encourage me to keep on running on Saturday.
And how much fun was the Sunday run, pretending we were warming up for the tri. Guess when I think about Sunday arvo/evening/night we were!
Huge congrats on your perfomance in the 4th leg :-)
How about the details from Sunday night? You know... the fourth leg!
Nice to see you fitted in a 30K Clairie. Nothing like a nice long run to work out the aches and pains.
Thanks so much for your support on the weekend Clairie! Definately the most passionate cheerleader ever!
Sounds like a great weekend of running and over indulging. Good to see the back behaving itself. Doesn't seem to slowing you down too much.
