Inspirational!

Just an average day for me yesterday, speed session in the morning, long day at work, chat with Steve Moneghetti, dinner at Southbank with Hubby and the usual activities that follow the bottle of red ;)

.....did you catch that - a chat with STEVE MONEGHETTI. He has really inspired me. Such a quiet man but still happy enough to come out of his shell to meet with likeminded runners and swap a few tips and training ideas. There is nothing better than an athlete who gives back to his supporters. The true definition of Hero...
